No idea actually. A lot of people say Ryerson is very slow in admissions/rejections which is why you won't find many international students applying there. I applied in December 2018 and they waited until May 2019 to reject it. Sometimes they inform you that you have been placed on the waitlist, other times they won't. But I heard that some people still get decisions as late as mid-July (but this depends on if you were very high on the waitlist). However, it will be very late to begin applying for a study permit and their admissions cannot be deferred. Did you apply anywhere else?

Congratulations!!!!! Yes, I applied in some other universities including Carleton. Could you kindly share your profile? The cutoff for Ottawa and Carleton is most of the time almost same. I will have an idea.
