People are having hard time getting employers from Inside Canada. Convincing employers about an potential employee from outside Alberta, would be very hard.

It has clearly stated that if you are a post secondary student from the designated community then the 12-month work experience is exempted. But you have studied from University of Alberta. If that campus is in one of those communities then only it is exempted otherwise it is not exempted.

Hi!

Does the 12 months of full-time work experience need to be formally documented as such, or is working 30 hours per week sufficient, even if the job letter describes it as part-time?

Another question: would 2 years of actual part-time work (15 hours per week) be considered equivalent?

I understood, from what you wrote, that the previous job cannot be in a higher TEER category than the one in the rural area, is that correct? Does it need to be the same level, or can the previous one be worse?
