Yeah, all the terms can be a bit confusing. Just for further clarification, just in case you aren't sure, the COPR is the Confirmation of Permanent Residence Letter that you will also need to take with you at the point of landing.
A few things to note about the COPR: Do NOT sign it until you are in front of the Immigration Officer at your landing, and they tell you to. Then after that, keep it somewhere safe; someone told me you may need to show the document again, maybe when you eventually apply for citizenship (although I don't know how true that is).
