Anyone got a golden email.
My AOR 4 April. Yesterday I called IRCC the agent told me everything pass .VO RROC.
Does anyone have any idea when I will get an email?

Eligibility - Passed

Background - Not started

My Application

AOR March 2021
First Office- Ottawa
All stages passed May 2021
June File send to local visa office Vancouver
Juen 2nd Received confirmation Email from IRCC
after that no response...
Firday, IRCC representative said my File was sent to RROC...
Have no Idea why?
anyone with similar situation?

I finally talked to an agent. She said everything is passed: Eligibility, Criminality and Info Sharing but Security. She said Security is not started. I dont know how long will it take, it supposed to be not that long after 2nd GU but we will see

Just called IRCC they said all the steps are completed and now I am waiting for the final approval AOR June 3, 2021. Anyone with a similar case ?

Is there anyone who has any idea about how long it takes from "Everything is passed but security not started" to "Everything is passed and waiting for final decision" in VO - RROC?

In different VOs, people were stuck in "Security not started" for months even though all remainings are passed like my case

Called IRCC today and noticed that my file transferred to RROC
Below are my timeline:
EE-CEC inland with 1 dependant

AOR: June.9th
Bil & Med pass: July.14th (at this time point, my file was in Sydney)
1st GU: July.15th
2nd GU: July.21st - BG status: processing
Called IRCC: July.22nd (at this time point, my file transferred to OSC - Ottawa)

• Criminality - Passed
• Eligibility - Passed
• Info Sharing & Security - Not start yet

Called IRCC: July.27th

• Criminality - Passed
• Eligibility - Passes
• Info Sharing - In Processing
• Security - Not start yet
• Visa office updated to RROC

Can take upto 4 weeks for decision
