if someone send RQ after 45 days let say 47 or 48th day? what can happen? will Cic reject the package from acknowledging.

Just a quick question to audience. Is RQ application still 3 years time frame for processing or did they speed up lately. anyone with RQ got response.. what response can we expect after RQ.. Is it more documentation or just test invite ?

Non routine application may go up to 36 month but there are many cases
which are completed much earlier..

I got an RQ, I sent the application in April last year, got the RQ in October and sent it back the same month, test in March, oath in two weeks

It is best to send a letter to CIC that the documents they are asking won't arrive till past the 45th day mark and that you will submit promptly when they become available. Don't call CiC call centre agent as you will be instructed to send a notice of delayed compliance as well. Just make sure this letter arrives by the 45th day deadline
