RQ is a big problem but it is not true that 95% of the applicants get it, CIC statistics show that betweem 30 and 40% got RQ's in 2012, 2013 seems to be a better year and CIC talks about 14 to 17% getting the RQ.am4u2ster said:I have also called cic, and the lady over the phone, told me now a days everyone will get RQ, if they find a small misrepresentation. out 100 aplication 95 applicant will get RQ, this is for everyone, they would not tell you the reason.
This is what happened to me, due to the cic technical glitch, my date of birth is different, i have phone them to clear this error, even it wasn't my mistake, i have to call them and fix that error.
The best ways to understand RQ and to understand what to do in order to lower the chances of getting it are described on this great website : http://residencequestionnaire.wordpress.com/
You can also find all the statistics i am talking about on this website.
