Hello All,

I've noticed RQ is tending tobe a nightmare for most of us and thought of creating a separate topic.

Please provide following info:

What is the RQ form number?
How many pages does the RQ form consists of?

Most IMP:
Do they ask you to provide residence information from the date you receive it OR from the date you had signed the Application (CIT 002)?
What exactly does the cover letter from CIC say when you receive the RQ by mail?

If you have some time, please also share the following, so we can see the trend of receiving an RQ:
a) Individuals who received RQ by mail before/after the test.
b) Individuals who received RQ in person after the test.

There's new RQ form CIC started to use in November-- CIT 0171 (10-2013) E/F, which asks for less info or documents. Follow this post.

However, we don't know what exact new wording is.

It'd be greatly appreciated if anyone of recent RQ recipients would scan and post it, it'd help to understand the changes.

Previous version of form was CIT 0171 (09-2012) E/F and can be seen here.

RQ form CIT 0171 (10-2013) E

Can somebody kindly post the RQ form CIT 0171 (10-2013) E please.

It will be of great help to be proactively aware of the requirements there in.

Also, unfortunately, if somebody was to receive it and has to respond in 45 days or so, then in that case we can reply in a matter of week or so.

Once many applicants start doing this, they'll have to re-think slapping more applicants with RQ in future.

So please please, I sincerely request to kindly upload the RQ form CIT 0171 (10-2013) E.
