Is any one facing like my year of submission?

Where is every one???
did anyone get a reply who applied in 2010 march for citizenship?

mine is still in processing.

Ali.

You are going to see the judge in 18 months right? It is long but at least you have time to prepare all evedience to back up your case. I think the posibility of you getting citizenship is quite high if you see the judge. Just make sure you have back up information. I met with Judges before (not citizenship related), all they needed is that you have to show evidence, evidence....then everything is good.

once you get an RQ there is nothing much you can do,

processing times for RQ is 14 to 18 months,

Send your CBSA travel history document along with your residency documents,

play the waiting game and hope for a miracle .... :-X

I assume it took CIC 4 months to process my RQ, for I submitted my RQ in September 2012, and I received my test letter in early January 2013. I don't know whether I have passed the test or not.

If I were you, I would prepare to bring.
All your bank information, statement of each month, rent agreement or mortgage payment..etc. Your transcripts, if you have any in Canada. The more you have, the better chance you will win the case.
I assume the question will be all about the four years period, prove that you are in Canada 3 out of four.

In this case I would show
- Bank statement: Show that I am spending money while being here
- Mortgage payment/Rent payment: Show that I am paying this expense to stay in Canada
- Pay stub: Show that you were working at that time and you receive payroll. If you have pre-authorized payroll, then you can show it on your bank statement as well.
- Your T4 for each year
- Your tax assessment for each year, you can call CRA to get a copy
- If you go to school in Canada: Show your transcript
- If you have kids…show your kid’s school paper..etc

Maybe you can make a schedule or time line with related paperwork.
Bring everything you could. Good luck.

Today I called CIC to ask what is a waiting time after sending filled RQ to CIC and they told me "it's depends". I tell them I read in many forums and newspapers waiting time is about 48 months and the answer was: which province you are? I said Ontario, and the guy told me: No, I'ts not 48 months anymore. We changed to 35 months.

Yes I called them today as well .They told me that my file is in st Clair's office now since march 8th. The processing time is the regular citizenship time plus 12 months on top of that . So its 35 months but I think It wont take 35 months as they are saying that the max .

For some, it only took them 4 months after submitting RQ...but others more than 2, 3 years...nothing yet from the time RQ submitted. Hope for the best.

I have a question: When you get RQ before TEST, do they transfer your file to another office?! Before getting the RQ I was told that my file has been transferred to Kitchener for processing...do you think after the RQ, it has been sent to another office?! Thanks!
