RQ before test...processing time?!

Hi all,

We sent the RQ, which we received before test, a month ago and called CIC yesterday to know that it doesn't show in the system yet!! Any idea how long does it take to appear in their system?! I know that the processing might take months but I am asking about having it recognized by the call center.

One more thing, is it a good sign that, even if we get RQ, our file is still at Kitchener office, I mean not transferred to another one?!

I gota my RQ 4 months ago and my ecas still doesn't say anything. I guess sometimes they don't change.
