sent RQ papers 2 months ago in Montreal and still waiting.
i had a greencard, but never lived in the USA

My husband received the RQ before test

Here is his timeline:

Application submitted: June 29, 2012.
Application received: July 3, 2012.
Letter of acknowledgment: July 3, 2012.
We started processing your application on January 25, 2013.
Received RQ: April 9, 2013.

He has been to US twice during the last 4 year period before applying for citizenship. Both the visits were tourist visa trips- not long than few days.

I dont know how CIc works but you appkied before you and you got the RQ after me strange.
