IF New Delhi after interview asked for Pay RPRF and return back pics? it means things is positive? and this step happen after all checks clear?

Positive. CIC doesn't normally ask you to pay the fees unless they are ready to issue the visa.

Maybe the other people weren't sure and didn't want to give you incorrect advice? I think we're all here to try and help each other, but I know for one, I am concerned about giving people incorrect advice and information and will only answer if I am definately sure of the details I am giving.

So maybe you need to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and just really appreciate those who do know the answers.
