RPRF - where should I send the receipt?

Hi there I'm sure there are treads about this but can't seem to find an answer to my question.. So I just payed my RPRF (did not pay it upfront) but now I don't know how to send my Visa office Ottawa the receipt? Should I email or send it by regular mail and what is the address?

Keep a copy (paper) for when you land, and send a PDF copy to IRCC via CSE: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

i sent thru fax and postal address ,also emailed them.
