RPRF UPLOAD LINK NOT VISIBLE

hi all,
A week back i got an automated mail from cic asking me to make the RPRF payment and subsequently submit the passport to the local VFC center. I made the RPRF payment but i am not able to find any link to upload the document in mycic profile. The Request For Passport mail mentions that we have to upload the RPRF receipt before submitting the passports.

Please help me as to how to proceed. I am clueless now. The upload link is just not present in my page which lists all the documents that we uploaded as part of the application process.

1. Send the RPRF payment receipt via CSE ASAP and explain the difficulty in uploading via your MyCIC account.
2. You can also report technical issue through your MyCIC account.
3. When you submit your passport(s) and photos to the LVO, include a copy of the RPRF payment receipt as a proof that you've already paid your fee.

Thanks for your quick feedback. I have already reported a technical issue through MyCIC on the issue. Do you suggest i still go ahead and submit the passport to the LVO in spite of not have uploaded the RPRF receipt?

Submit the receipt via IRCC web form. Link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
It will be added to your file. You can submit your passport with a copy of the receipt. It should be fine.

Can you see the link/button in MyCIC id to upload the receipt?

I cannot even see the link/button anywhere...seniors pls guide.

I am facing the same problem of being unable to see the upload option for RPRF reciept, on MyCIC Account.

Where exacty do you suggest to report under
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

Is it under the Feedback form.
Or
The CSE (case specific enquiry)...if yes then under which heading : Technical Failure or Permanent Resident (applied by mail) ?

• You must pay this fee for yourself and your spouse (if accompanying). This must be completed through the e-payment system on the CIC website, where you will have the option to pay with debit or credit card. For details on how to submit your fee, please visit: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp
• Once you have paid the RPRF on-line, you must submit the official R receipt via the upload portal within your MyCIC account.
• You must pay RPRF and upload the receipt BEFORE you submit your passports.

I paid the fee on the below portal

https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

After getting registered and have my RPRF receipt. THE PROBLEM IS WHERE/HOW TO UPLOAD THIS RECEIPT.

i checked my cic account but there is no link to upload the receipt under the "View Submitted Application"

Can anyone help me here.

I am yet to pay the fee so I visited the link you posted.Do we have to make an id/pwd there before paying ?

I went aheah a bit ...but could not see any place where it asks for Name or Application No. or anything....is it?
