Received my request to pay the right of permanent resident fee 3 days ago in May 17. I didn't pay it upfront. AOR was Jan 28 2019.
Medical is all done as well as biometrics. Both about 2 months ago.
Anyone know if this means I'm near being ready for our or how long it is likely to be?
Anyone whose experienced this stage please reply. Maybe share your timeline too.

Thanks so much

Same stage here. Receveid request to pay RPRF May 28. Paid the same day. Was also asked to upload letter from Spouse specifying I have full access to our settlement funds (some of our funds are held undfer my wife's name). Uploaded a day after.

Timeline:

AOR: Mar 8
Biometrics: April 28
Request Letter for RPRF/Additional Docs: May 28
PPR: ??

Patiently waiting for positive outcome ;);););)

they usually ask for it early in the process i would bank on 12 months total. if you get it sooner, great!

I apply on 18th June
They request the RPRF on 13th March
I'm still waiting... only 15 days left to make the 12 months

If they asked for you to pay the rprf thrn your near ready. I got notice to pay it 2 weeks ago and I'm set to get my visa Wednesday. So your near the end. Congrats. I will say though sometimes they ask the fee in advance, but normally near the end. So you will hear something soon.

So you received a Passport request already? 2 weeks from paying RPRF to PPR is fast. Congrats :)

No. I got passport request on May 24. Yesterday got the final decision envelope notice, which is the envelope that contains the visas, going to pick it up tomorrow. Rprf was paid 2 weeks ago

I’m wondering whether it was your wife I waited on the queue with at the VAC two weeks ago! She was petitioned as well and she also said she waited 4 months!

Anyway, have fun in Canada!
