RPRF requested e-mail deleted as a spam. PLZ help!

Hi friends.

I am doing this for my poor friend who lost RPRF requested e-mail. What he remembers now is that he was asked to send
RPRF. I've done some research on the internet and found out, he can pay it online and email the copy of the reciet to CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO@cic.gc.ca . This is only from the research online I did. So I am not sure if I am correct.

Does anybody have the e mail request from cic to send RPRF, and would let me know the details of it so that I know what to tell my friend a procedure of sending RPRF? He is a provincian nominee, so is Sydney office the one sending the e-mail?

nothing to worry ....email is good ...u can also ask him to mail the same reciept to visa office just to be sure

Thanks for the reply. One thing he does not know at all is now where the e-mail has been sent to him.
His medical request e-mail has come from sydney office, but he does not know this time wheter it was from Sydney or not.

Do you have any idea about this?

Just ask him to email the receipt to both sydney and ottawa emails
I did the same and got my ppr already
