Rprf request

I got email from ircc to pay rprf fee, i already submitted my fee with application but as per ircc government has increased the fee and i have to pay for difference amount and i pay tge fee

is it a positive sign of they ask for rprf fee

and how much more time it will take for ppr

now is there any chance of rejection

There is always a chance of rejection right up to the point of actually getting the COPR. Worrying about rejection is a waste of time unless you know that there is something in your application that COULD warrant a rejection. Additionally asking about approval timeline is also a waste of time because each application is different. All you can do is pay the difference in fees, send it to them, wait a week and then confirm that they received it. After which, sit back, relax and wait!
