Hello all,
I have received a request for me to pay right of permanent residence fee (because I didn’t pay the full $1040 up front ) on July 11,2019 and my Immigration consultant sent the receipt to Warsaw visa office on the 15 of July. Can anyone tell me how long it will take for my husband to get a passport request? Does this even mean that he will get pr status or no? October 9, 2018 applicant. Warsaw Visa Office. ECAS also shows decision made in both sections Thank You)

Congratulations, it means he was accepted as a PR and after the payment they will continue with the process.

No one can tell you how long it will take but rest assure you are at final steps.

Thank you

Sorry to say that it does not sound good... Did you order GCMS notes? The fact that they have DM on the PA side and RPRF was never requested and you had PFL, this is not good news. Order your notes if you haven't... good luck.

Thanks StephaH,
What are GCMS notes and how to order them

GCMS Notes is a history of your application, everything that was done by the officers are noted there, you will see what the officer was not satisfied with and why it might have been refused... but lets not jump the gun yet, just wait until you get real confirmation... Maybe I could be wrong and I hope I am... If you like to order the notes, check this thread:

Did they ever sent you Pre Arrival letter?
No, the last email we've got was the procedure fairness letter (sponsor proof of intent to return to Canada) October 7th 2019, we've sent the PFL documents Oct 15 2019, and on October 25 ecas changed to decision made.
