RPRF-Request to pay fees - message

On the letter they told me they were still reviewing my application to see if there were any reason I could be prevent from entering canada for inadmissibility reason. Then they told me that for they to approve my demand, they needed me to pay the Rprf. And that I needed to pay for it before the creation of my visas.

Still no update from NDVO
RPRF LETTER contains
This refers to your application for admission to Canada.
In order for us to continue the processing of your application , we require the following rprf fee.
This was in my letter . Anybody knows what this means.

You are very close to getting a PPR. Yous should receive it anytime now. Congratulations in advance.
My admissibility review is currently on going. Before a visa would be issue i have to pay the fee
As per my gcms notes
Eligibility - passed
Security- not started
Criminality - in progress
Medical - passed
Info sharing - in progress
Gcms were ordered on 10 july and delivered on august 12
Is that a good sign .

You received RPRF request on 19 July. GCMS ordered 10th July. GCMS matter is finalized on the day of request hence it would not capture RPRF and later development in your file. So have patience, you will receive PPR in a week or two.
