we re applied in feb 2010 and got our visa stamped. we r likely to get thr refund for the previous process.

some say it is gud to ask for refund after we land. can somebody suggest me what is the right time to ask for refund and how long it takes for them to refund the amount

Did you pay the RPRF twice? If so, you can the extra one refunded. If you applied in 2 different categories, and both were processed, you aren't going to get a refund, unless you cancelled one before it went into process.

we reapplied in feb and want to cancel the previous process(applied in 2005) by showing the proof of new process being completed. i know this can be done but dont know when it can be done before we land in canada or after
