Went to get mine 2 days ago, it should be addressed to the receiver general of canada.

N/B dat is from the london website, though http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/fees-frais.aspx
dont think it should be different in new dehli.

If draft in CAD then Recv genral
if in local currency then Canadian High Commsion

Try to make draft in INR payble at ND in favor of CHC.

Do not go for CAD

As your office is New Delhi, you can pay it in INR as well and should be payable to Canadian High Commission 21440 INR. You can also pay to Receiver General of Canada 490 CAD but INR is quick to get.

As i been ask to send draft payable in CAD to the rec gen of Ca. But is it need to payable to uk or CA ?

I have a concern, i have requested a bank draft with Receiver General Canada instead of RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA, omitting the word "for" will that be a problem? Should i request for a new draft?
