Share with us your full timeline. Also, your to-be spouse, what is the Canadian Status? PR/Citizen?

You might not need to inform them, if you are expecting your Landing to be soon.

Hi
I got submitted my documents on 7th March 2014 and received file number on 27th March 2014.
After that i received my medical on 27th April 2014 and my RPRF on 5th May 2015.

No my spouse is not a Canadian Citizen or PR, she is India as an Indian Citizen.

Thanks
Anil

Well, to be honest, you are almost in the finishing phase. So I don't see a reason to mention that 6 months from now, you are planning to get married.
You can't add your to-be wife under your application now, because she is not your wife, yet. So, again it is pointless.

If it was me, I'd just kept waiting my PR to be granted and wouldn't be bothered. After all, we are talking about an eventual plan, which will take place 6 months from now.

Thanks !
I will get my PR status completed.

How would you recommend to get my spouse added later ?
Should i get a Visitor Visa for her , or get a work permit for her and than apply for her PR
Please let me know the easy/quick way to get her a PR.

Thanks
Anil

Once you are PR, you can only apply for your wife's PR through family sponsorship stream, which is a very lengthy process. Based on outland applicants or inland applicants, the processing time varies from 16 months to 26 months. Considering this, it's better to apply for work permit for your spouse to come to Canada. So she can stay with you in Canada until the PR decision is made.

Hope this helps.
