RPRF Question

So...Hubby received a letter toady dated February 14

Initial Assessment Letter. No interview Needed. No additional Documents needed

We paid everything up front. BUT THE LETTER SAID THEY WILL SEND INSTRUCTION TO MY SPONSOR ON HOW TO PAY? Is this just a generic mail format? It's at the back of the paper.

Generic, unless y9our sponsor didn't pay the Right of Permanent Resident fee of $490.00

Usually they will circle the RPRF info on the back if it concerns you

another question on RPRF....when you pay the 490 and send the print out to CIC...do they send you a receipt to show they have received the payment before sending it to the processing office?or what is the procedure?

Mississauga will send you a letter reeling you the payment has been processed yes. When you pay it's good to also fax and mail a receipt to the visa office processing your application.
