No..it's not a good idea...How they are going to link? they only common thing is email id, while asking for payment (for RPRF) it didn't ask for UCI or application no.

Why to make things complicated, use the same email id, you used for PR application.

They link it by telling you to email the receipt and putting your application number in the email subject. This has nothing to do with your email address.

However if you cannot use the same email CIC already used to communicate to you, better ask CIC to update it.
