RPRF payment in Canadian dollars to New York office

Hi,

Can someone who had paid RPRF, please confirm the "PAYABLE TO" in Canadian Dollars to New York Office.

Canadian consulate general or Receiver general for Canada.

For cases handled by Buffalo,fees should be made payable to the "Canadian Consulate General"..

The letter I recd. from Bffalo also says that it needs to be payabla to Canadian Consulate General..

Though I am sure about 2 things:

a.do we need to send this payment to Buffalo office?
b.Is it required to be payable at Buffalo because i guess the bank will need this information while makin money orders..

Get a money order from AMSCOT (money orders at AMSCOT are free!) payable to the Canadian consulate general in US DOLLARS.
