I have paid my RPRF fee via my official email in CIC but my application was and is on paper. After the payment of the fee they sent me pdf receipt with a email stating that
"Please do not reply to this message. Replies to this e-mail will not be acknowledged.
Attached to this e-mail is a copy of your official receipt for the payment of Citizenship and Immigration fees. Please print this receipt and attach a copy of the receipt to your application.
Your case processing centre will only accept a printout of the official receipt as proof of payment. Thank you. " But further search down the internet what i found was that people were given fill in the blanks type of receipt. Mine is some information of how and who paid the fee only to whom. So anybody has any idea with this.
