Hope nd pray for PPs in hand with stamped visa. By when shud I expect it in hand?
It comes thru courier or regular post?

I am not senior but am in the similar situation as you.
My Ecas changed to DM last week (I checked and saw it 1st Nov) but am yet to receive any further news.
So some waiting period might be normal (although depend upon visa office and other factors too).

Please clarify why we received a check for the app fee from CIO by mail...

My husband who is the main applicant received a check today from CIO without a letter/document explaining why our payment was returned.

Our application was received by CIO Sydney on August 2, 2011, NOC is 3112, VO is Buffalo...we sent an inquiry letter in September and got a response on October 11 saying that our application number is Exxxxxxxxx but still under review.
