RPRF before then Medical was done-2014 Jan application to CIO Sydney

Here is my timeline:

Category: BC PNP
Visa Office: CPC Ottawa
Application received: 17. Jan 2014.
AOR and Medical: 21. Feb 2014.
RPRF Request: 27. Feb 2014. (it was before medical was done)
RPRF paid: 28. Feb 2014.
Medical done: 03. Mar 2014.

I do not know how it is possible to get RPRF Request before medical is done! :-X
I really did not hear that anybody was in the similar situation!
How it is possible?
How long is normal to wait for PPR after this stage?

Please, share your experience. Thank you very mach.

Hi.

It's not really unusual as you can pay your rprf with you application fee.If in case that the application is not approved,it will be refunded anyway.

It got my AOR and medical request in Feb.10,2014 and got another email in Feb. 14,2014 asking for PCC and RPRF.I did my medicals in March 4 and paid my RPRF on March 13,2014.

Anybody has no an idea about it... :( I am still waiting for IP and PPR.
I do not know whether it is possible that an officer who works on my application forgot to put IP. What may I expect?? I really worry about it.

I am in same situation, so it isnt unusual thing. They are working on NOv applicants now, so u have to wait at least two more months for yr application change to " in process"

I am in same situation as well I guess it depends on the visa officer

here is my timeline
Application submitted to SYDNEY Jan 24
Application reached Jan 29
AOR and Medical Request Mar 03
Additional documents and RPRF fee requested March 10
RPRF fee paid Mar 10 + Additional documents reached Mar14
Medical and Blood work done Mar 13
Medical results have been received on ecas Mar 20 or 21

hopefully we will get IP soon ;D

Thank you very much. Do not you think it's possible that the officer simply forgot to put an application IP and that I may get PPR before IP and decision made? I am asking it because they usually put IP in the same time when asking for RPRF or a few days before or after RPRF. For me now it is more then 2 months after RPRF, no IP yet.

It is very unlikely situation that some applicants go through. It depends on the visa officers whether he request you to pay rprf early or later during the application process. From my understanding ,officer will Update your status to IP after 5 to 6 months from the date of application received. The normal time from application received to in process is just about same I am a December applicant .Mine is not even in Process.

Medical results have been received


I've paid RPRF & done medicals

Haven't heared from them since Mar & still waiting.
Hve u received ur PPR or not yet?
Do I need to contact them?

Kinda same situation. I received an email july 12 that i need to pay my rprf. But the thing is my ecas still showed that application received and i did my medical july 16 and the nurse said that it will take 2 weeks for the blood result. Im nervous instead of being happy.

When did you do your medicals? I am a FSW applicant too i sent the RPRF payment two month ago and until today no MR or PPR :(
