RPRF and Biodata request - Need help

Hello Seniors,

Today i received RPRF and Bio Data request today.

I paid the RPRF payment today. The email from CPP - O states

"You must send the receipt to CPP-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca ".

Do they mean send physical copy to CPP-O and a softcopy to CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca

or

Softcopy to both?

Mention your details in the email such as ClientID, File Number, DOB, Full Name.

Need one more help
Regarding BIO Data form. Should i copy the table which they sent in email to a word document and then attach or just send the filled table in the email.

Please suggest
