RPRF Again for another Application..? or it is Just paid once..

Dear friends,
I paid RPRF in advance for my FSW Class.
Now I filed application in CEC category.

Will I need to Pay RPRF again for CEC..? I have receipt of RPRF which I paid.

You will only have to pay it once, but when I filed my second application I paid it again and expect to get a refund for one or the other of my applications. I'm not sure if using the same receipt twice will work or not.
