RPR fee - link doesn't work

I finally got requests for medicals and to pay the RPR fee. They sent a link, but the link doesn't work. Does anyone know the correct link or how to pay for RPR fee?

what is your visa office?if its cpp-ottawa then just follow their instructions and it should work without any issues.
