Rough date when the 2014 Internation Experience Canada will open?

Hi,
In 2013 there was 3 rounds for British Citizens to apply for working holiday visas, 1 in Jan and 2 in Feb, however I am not sure if people applied prior and that was just when they were being processed?
I really don't want to miss out on the holiday visa for next year so just wondering if anyone knows when you can begin submitting the applications?

They usually announce the program start in advance, so you should have enough time
to gather documents and then apply once the 2014 round opens.

You can't do anything before they open the program.
You could sign up for a IEC Kompass account, that would save you some time later on.
But the actual application process ( IEC part ) has to wait for the program start.

From Kompass 2014 we can get:

The 2014 International Experience Canada (IEC) initiative with Greece is open as of 11/12/2013 at 10:00 AM Ottawa time

As far as I know, there's no single source for previous years. However, after some Google-fu + Wayback Machine:

The 2013 International Experience Canada (IEC) initiative with Greece is open as of February 27st, 2013 at 21:40 Athens time.

International Experience Canada (2014) will open on Wednesday, December 11th, 2013 at 17:00 Athens time, (10:00 Ottawa time).

At cursory glance I can't see any before 2013. Either due to its not existing, the use of paper forms, different page structure, gremlins, etc. Does this help any?

Yeah, it didn't exist before 2013, that was the first year for Greece, so no real pattern yet

There is no real pattern for many countries. For example the UK: 2013 January. 2014 December. 2015 March
...

Indeed. The only "patterns" I've found are:

• Opens somewhere between November and March/April
• Since 2013, quite a few open at 10:00 (a.m.) Ottawa time (4 this year, thus far)
• Several others open at 14:00 Ottawa time
• Most (if not all) open at "sane" times within their relevant localities (e.g. Not 3 a.m. UK time)

However these are all prone to changing (or just being wrong). An example would be how previous to this year the program opened between ~Nov.-Feb.

The current delay is a somewhat irregular one, since they went digital.
