How does it work for the med exam for Rome applicants? Do we take all the required tests at the panel physician's office?

you need to take a appointment at clinic approved for your country of residence after VO sent to you the request for doing the medicals
you need to do the blood test, urine test, and X-ray

Hello. I recieved an Imail from Visa Office in Rome telling that my pasposrt was reasy. I contact the courier company and they told me that my passport will be in Albania this Monday, but today I went to the company and they didnt have my passport, they told me that the Rome Office maybe forget to give it to them. Does somebody had the same problem. Im From Albania and I used the Albanian Courier , as the Imail said. Pls replay me if somebody can. (Sorry for my english)

Does the courier company know they can only collect between 2pm-4:30pm? It sounds strange that they said maybe the embassy forgot? I would send an online enquiry to the embassy (put urgent in the heading) and ask them too

Ok, what date did you receive the email? I received mine on 23.03 and im going to pick my passport up tomorrow.
Albanian Courier said they pick passports in Rome on Monday and Friday, and Rome VO office said we should be picking up passports
in 7 working days after the passport is ready (we receive the email to pick it up). If next friday is more than 7 days, you should give them a call (AC).

Yes i did. I got my passport today, along with the other documents in the envelope.
I called them a couple of times before getting confirmation that the passport was sent.
So you should give them a call , maybe today. If the 7 days end until Friday, call them
and make sure that the passport will be picked up even if the 7 days pass.

Got the passport today with the VISA. From start to finish nearly 8 months.
Booked the flight and next week will be in Canada.
