My visa office is Rome and due to some slowness of this visa office I would like to know other people to understand better this visa office strange time line:
I applied in April 2011 for Federal Skilled worker (without job offer) and I received PER on Jul 5th, then my status turned to RBVO on Jul 29th.
since then nothing else has happened and I am still waiting for 2nd AOR. while other people from other VOs receive their 2nd AOR max after 2-3 months from RBVO.
currently I know only one other person from Rome VO who is waiting about a year for 2nd AOR.
