i think you have a different situation, this is not Sponsorship - i.e. your spouse (wife) didn't sponsor you FROM Canada (her being a permanent resident/canadian citizen), but you try to bring your family to Canada through the economic class? I'm asking because for us that go through the family class, we don't need to give any IELTS test - there are NO language requirements - so i'll assume you try to immigrate through the economic class.
unfortunately i don't know too much about it since here we're on the topic of "family class sponsorship" - as far as your concerns go, please post your questions in the other thread. however we can still try to help you but i'm pretty much clueless about your situation it seems to take a lot of time for you, maybe TOO much (i looked at processing time for economic class and it's almost the same as the family class - 13-14 months i think?)

@ CutiePie92 I applied under family refferal category, it doesn't exist anymore because it was changed from 2013 in May i believe and I'm included in another category I think skilled worker with or without job offer I'm not sure. This category permitted to sponsor from parents/ daughters/ sons/aunts/uncles/nieces/nephews/first cousins/grandschilder/grandparents to step-family members / in- laws of the same relationship. So we are sponsored as first cousin.

in the meantime i think i managed to get a job for my husband at the company where i work, i just need to solve with the residency here in Romania, and it's possible that he'll wait with me together until i get the visa!! ;D i'm definitely overjoyed, the thing i hated the most as far as the immigration process goes, is the distance & time spent apart from my husband.

@ svetlana EVERY time he comes to "visit" me, he comes for 1/2/3 months, so he always has to quit his job. we're still young so finding a job is not so "difficult".. it's still very frustrating for him to return to Canada usually penny- & jobless, he has to search for a job and he's usually hired after a few weeks, so he's broke for a while.

So I recieved an email from Romania stating that they want the medical done again ...but they are only asking for my son not my husband .....I don't get it they originally did the medicals together and now they want my son to do them again ......Anyone know anything?

i have no idea why they would ask for your son only.. i think it's odd, you should create a new thread and ask on the forum, the more experienced ones can tell you more about it..

I cleared the problem ..they sent it for my husband aswell ...I was told that everyone that has medical expired gets an email automatically asking for them redone.
