Roles and Responsibilities

Hello fellow members,

I hope you all are doing well. Could you guys please help me out with this situation? I have worked in the capacity of a Process Associate in Genpact for 1 year before moving to Canada as a student. I am now in the process of applying for my PR under CEC and am looking to add in this experience to my profile. Genpact, however, is refusing to furnish my Jobs and Responsibilities document which puts me in a predicament. Can anybody here recommend what documents should I show in my profile in lieu of my roles and responsibilities? I still have my Joining and Resignation letter along with my previous pay stubs.

You need a letter that clearly states your duties and responsibilities. Nothing can replace it. If your joining and resignation letters contain such information then you can use them
If the company is not willing to give an official letter, ask your supervisor or coworkers if they are willing to write letters
