Roadside Assistance Phone Centre NOC Skill Level

Hi,

I'm wondering if the position of Roadside Assistant, where, as the position's name says it, you assist people when they're on the side of the road and their cars breakdown or need general assistance and guidance with directions, etc.

Would that be skill level C or skill level B? I'm not sure. And I'd like to apply for my PR card through Express Entry in the next few months. I stayed in Canada for about 5 years and have 2 bachelor degrees from accredited Canadian universities. Do you think these would accumulate enough points?

I would greatly appreciate any help or information on any of the questions I asked.
