Road trips to US

Hello

I am getting ready to apply for my Canadian Citizenship. I have lost count of the road trips i made to US . Is there a way i can get a report
from the US and Canadian authorities which gives me exact dates of entry and exit ?Any links will be much appreciated.

I94 will give you last 100 entries in to the US . You can get all your entries through CBP website (FOIA REQUEST ONLINE ) ie information regarding entry exit from the US border .

I was able to get my information of travels to US from Canada from the link shared above by Nick! Thanks!
I was about to do the process through FOIA when i came across this link. So now that i have the info on the dates and i have only been in Canada for 3 years with just about 10 travels to the US do i still have to apply to FOIA for my travels as "official" travel proof? Or is this info enough for me to use as reference to enter in the Citizenship application and no official document is required?
