I am currently on study permit but I have got a job offer from an employer though (SK) RNIP program.

Can I apply for the work permit / Immigration while I am an International Student?

Yes I am ready to move to Moose Jaw, just wanted to make sure if it's possible while I am on a student visa in Canada

You need to graduate and have been a student for the International Student category to even apply. Have you looked at the requirements.

A credential from a post-secondary program of 2 years or longer and you

1. were studying as a full-time student for the full duration of the 2+ years
2. received the credential no more than 18 months before your application for permanent residence
3. were in the community for at least 16 of the last 24 months spent studying to get your credential

Only if one of those programs was a Master's.
