RNIP / BOWP refusal

Hey guys,
I need help!!
I applied for federal on 23rd may-2024.
Yesterday, I got rejection for my BOWP, I am out of status now.
I want to know what are possible options for me.
.
Somebody told me that I need to have valid status in canada in order to get EcoPR from RNIP.
Otherwise IRCC will not issue my EcoPR.
Please let me know if this has happend to anybody before and possible outcomes.

Yes, you need to have valid status in Canada in order to be issued a COPR. I think we've seen one or two exceptions to this but in the vast majority of cases being out of status is a problem. You should apply to restore your status to visitor.

What eligibility requirement? That may also be an issue. Assume you have a job offer in the rural city and in many cases people are already working for the employer supporting their application.
