Sino po dito ang registered nurse dito sa pinas na graduate for more than 5 years at walang pang clinical experience? Ibang field ang work experience pero tuloy2 nman.. still eligible ba to apply for QSW?

I believe you should at least practice for 1 year to be able to apply (my consultant told me this so I'm not sure if is 100% true).

Professional experience

Proven experience
The work experience of skilled worker candidate must have been acquired:
during the five years preceding the date of filing of the selection certificate application
in a profession skill level above "D" under the National Occupational Classification (NOC)
legally in the country.

The following experiences that meet the above conditions, are recognized:

those acquired in full or part-time paid employment
work internships to full-time or part-time during apprenticeship, training or specialization recognized by a diploma, whether paid or not.
