hi all,
i want to clarify that would it be a problem in getting me a visa because my real sister is in british columbia, canada and in m planning to alberta. if i tell this fact in family background while filing visa, does the officer get doubt that i wont return back to my country.?????????????
plz reply.

You have no choice but to include this information in your background family declaration. Otherwise you're looking at a misrepresentation finding and a 2 year ban from Canada.

Provide strong evidence that you have tied to your home country and pick a course of study that makes sense in light of your previous studies and experience - and you certainly have a chance of being approved.

It won't be a problem.
Mention clearly about your sister in family information form.
We can't hide anything from them, bcoz they are having all our details.
UCI # which we get is in serial vise for family members.

My brother is allready PR holder in canada. And i got my visa.
VO never refuses your application just based on one reason.

Good Luck!

This increases your chance for visa, as it shows that your family normally prefer for study in canada and also maintain their good status while in canada and also completing their studies which is the main reason for staying in canada.

my sister is also in BC and i also got visa.
