I am having a similiar case which I described in another thread.

And I still have a question, does anyone happen to know if it is OK sending both letters, one from HR with duties and tasks poorly written and another letter from manager (in the client`s side) containing the proper details of duties and tasks but in a well written format ?

Thx

Yes, as long as they don't contradict each other.

Thanks for your reponse kryt0n !
Actually this is a good point and I do not think they contradict each other because the letter from HR is too technical and using specific terms words for the IT industry (they just copied from the job post), however letter from manager it covers details using the appropriated and rich language !
As the letters are in english, using the corresponding logo[letterhead] for each Agency and Client, do they need to be notarized ? Letter from my manager is using logo's company and letter from Agency is using their own logo.

I have a similar letter and I am skipping it from submission. I feel that officer may suspect tailoring or might confuse him. You can just submit the manager letter.

My initial thinking was not to include it, but i saw someone recommend this on another forum.

If i do write NOC code, the immigration officer will definitely be a little doubtful about who "wrote" the letter

I would slap him silly for such recommendation.

I agree with your thinking- I thought it was weird too. To list the NOC etc.

Apart from excluding NOC, is there anything else that I should change? Just a reminder, that this is my colleague (not my supervisor)

NOC is the lawyers suggestion and not officially mentioned on any CIC website. I would take it with a pinch of salt.
