Rights to Permanent Residence Fees - Process

I have been asked to make payment for RPRF.

I have explored MyCIC account and could not find any option to make the payment on MyCIC account.

Can anyone pls let me the process, how to do it ?

I do not have many days left !

On the receipt, is there any part that needs to be hand-filled or signed ? One of my friend was saying that he printed out the receipt, filled out info, scanned and then uploaded the receipt on his MyCIC account.

But in my receipt there is no part that needs to be hand filled or signed. Do I just upload the receipt as it is ??

My Timeline :

1. November 13th - Received ITA
2. December 23rd - Sent Application
3. December 30th - Schedule 4/4a
4. January 27th - ROPR Fees request
