Right time to apply for PR.

What i have come across is after this new NOC is introduced the year start from 26th June 2010 to july 2011. Also there is limitation per Noc.
So it is advisable to all aspiring PR applicants to file in the 1st 3 months itself as later on applying is a 50-50 chance if the NOC gets full.

Shibuya I agree w/o opinion, but I think quota/cap will fill in matter of days/weeks and not months

ш think this time the quota will be filled in a couple of months - just because the change is so unexpected, and people have to amend their docs to meet neew requirements, and to collect all the documents for CIO; but next year it will probably fill in a single day
