Right Time for IELTS

I applied in Sept 06, can any body guide me what should be right time to sit in IELTS?

Thanks a lot for your reply, but i could not find any link between location aplied and IELTS.
Any how for your information I applied from CIC Islamabad. I will be glad any body could guide me in this regard so that I can plan accordinly for my IELTS.

If you submitted a SAP, then when CHC requests it, if you submitted a full application, then any time.
