Hello,
I have applied permanent residence of my parents and got request to pay Right of permanent resident fee(landing fee). Do I have to pay $490 for both? or is that fee per application?

A lot of members on this Forum have paid their Fees online. It is quick. You will still need to mail the receipt generated online after payment is processed successfully. Or you can send as an attachment via email along with information relevant to your application.
i have attached the copy of fee receipt with the application still they asked for proof..on which email address do i have to mail this again as an attachment

Use the IRCC web form. Also keep a printed copy handy to take with you to any interview they might ask for.

they are not showing upload option or anything there..do i have to courier also?

you would fill a Case Specific Inquiry and that has an upload option.
I just paid mine yesterday. For some odd reason they sent me a third AOR on April 4th, and because my husband mailing address still has a typo that i have been trying to tell them to correct, i responded to the email, that is when i was told to basically not forget that they requested RPRF on april 4th, and have until May 4th to pay it! I was shocked. I reread their email april 4th on both cic page and in my emails, there is no mention of payment request. So thank God i emailed them about his address or else i would have never known.

I uploaded the receipt online and emailed it, should i mail it to missisauga and VO as well??
