Guys,
I Just received the email from CIC to submit the medical examination and Police report along with Right of permanent resident fee.

In the email it says:
Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed
• Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”
• You must pay this fee once for yourself as principal applicant and your spouse
• Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490

What do I put in Number of Applications field while paying the fee?

My guess is 2 (for me and my wife) which is $ 980.00 since they didn’t mention my 8 months old (with American citizenship).

Please let me know if any of you have an expert advice on this, thanks in advance!
