Please can anybody help me out.
I paid rprf sometime ago but i got an email requesting me to pay it.
Do i send email saying i have paid and to whom

No, you send a copy of the receipt.

ok. thank so much for replying. I included the receipt i got from bank with other documents that i sent to them earlier(without photocopying). what do i do? I still got proof of the transaction, will that suffice or should i go back to the bank and see if they issue another receipt?

the duplicate from bank would be a beneficial factor if u get it. include it with your cover letter along with other proof of transaction

Same thing happened with me. I paid processing fees of my spouse & kids in May 2010 through DD along with my all original documents. After that I got an email in Feb 2013 that I haven't paid that fee. :o

I checked with bank & got info that it was paid in August 2010. I sent them email with attached copy & details & no reply received. So I repaid it along with RPRF & send it after my medicals. Within two weeks I received their reply that previous payment was not received by any of their office & fresh payment is received & cased.
