LVO has requested my rprf this week, which I have paid. For those who have received pr, how long after the request of rprf did you receive passport request?

Also, my passport is expiring in two months, if I renew my passport now... and then when lvo requests my passport will they make an issue regarding the new passport? Or will it have no effect on my application.

Also, for those whose cases are being processed by lvo, what are your timelines?

Your information on your COPR must be correct. Once your passport is changed I would make a scan of it and also the certificate if one is issued showing the change and a scan of your old passport showing it cancelled/changed. Upload the scans to LVO email system. When you get your PPR I would include a copy of the old passport showing the change to the new one.

COPR....Confirmation of Permanent Residence. (Your landing papers for Canada) Yes I would email LVO a scan of the old passport the new passport and any documents that show the old passport is cancelled/changed if any are sent to you.

Also make sure you have your File/Application or UCI number listed in your email so everything can be matched and added to your file easily.
