Right of permanent residency Fee

Hi everyone!
I've been sponsor by my husband under the Inland Sponsorship and we just got the mail notification that my application has been completed! I'm waiting for the Canada Immigration Centre in Etobicoke to contact me to arrange an appointment for the finalization of the application. How long does this process takes?
We have now to pay the RPRF of 490$ and my question (even it's sound a lil stupid) is : do we have BOTH applicant and sponsor to pay the 490 for the total amount of 980 or only one of us will pay it?
If it's only one person that have to pay the fee , is it ok if my sponsor pays it?
I'm nervous and excited and I don't want to commit any errors now that I'm so close to the final line!

the RPRF is ONLY for the applicant. it is the fee for them to issue the PR visa. the sponsor does not need to pay for this as they are not applying for PR. It doesn't matter who pays for it, as long as the receipt is provided to CIC.

Only the applicant needs to pay the fee and it doesn't matter who pays it for them.

it depends on how busy they are. Could be anything from a week to 2 weeks or even more. But its a straightforward procedure once you get there.

You can mail it or fax it. Its not really necessary to courier it. A Fax will be good enough.

We mailed it , we just followed the instructions in the first mail they have sent us.
